Before you order
A few things to know.
What can I upload?+
A clear phone photo of handwriting, a family recipe, a card or a little drawing. Natural daylight and a flat, fully visible original give the best result.
What size can be embroidered?+
The finished stitched area can be up to 4 × 4 inches. Short notes and small drawings work best, and I will check the layout before stitching.
When will my order be dispatched?+
Every keepsake is made by hand. I aim to dispatch within 5 days and send it by First Class post.
How much is delivery?+
First Class delivery is £1.99 and is added at checkout.
Can I order it framed?+
The £35 unframed cotton-canvas keepsake is available now. Framed keepsakes will be £45 and are coming soon.
What if my image is not suitable?+
I review your image after purchase and will contact you if anything needs checking. You are also welcome to contact me before ordering.
Can I return a personalised keepsake?+
Because each keepsake is made to order, I cannot offer refunds for change of mind. If it is lost in transit or arrives damaged, I will remake it. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
