Clear information about ordering a personalised piece from Held in Thread.
Personalised keepsakes are made by hand and I aim to dispatch standard keepsakes within five days. Delivery is charged once per order: UK and Isle of Man £1.99, Ireland and Europe £5.95, and USA and Canada £9.95. If your country is not listed, please contact me and I’ll see what I can arrange. Christmas pre-orders are expected to begin dispatching from 21 October 2026.
Because each piece is made to your specifications, I cannot offer a return for a change of mind. If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact me and I will put it right. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Your uploaded image and contact details are used to assess and create your order, fulfil it and answer your enquiry. I may separately ask whether you are happy for a photograph of the finished keepsake to appear on the Held in Thread website or social media. I will only share it when you actively give permission, and names or other identifying details will be removed or obscured unless you explicitly agree otherwise. You can withdraw that permission at any time. If you join a waitlist, your email is used only for that collection’s launch update.
Please provide accurate contact and personalisation details and only upload material you have permission to use. I may contact you if an image is unclear or unsuitable. An order is confirmed once payment is accepted and you receive confirmation.
